Ákos has been managing Paprika Studios for more than 8 years, while the number of productions has grown exponentially and the range of activities has covered 8 countries in Central and Eastern Europe. The long-time frontrunner company develops and produces headline-grabbing and culture-shaping entertainment programmes, reality and fictional series for more than 30 channels in 16 languages on various platforms and channels such as Netflix, HBO Max, Amazon Prime, Discovery, Czech Voyo, Channel 5 UK, Pop TV Slovenia, Hungarian RTL and TV2 Group, Antenna Group among others.

Before joining Paprika Studios, Ákos gained experience in studio operations by co-leading the development and later the sole management of the state-of-the-art full-service studio Raleigh Studios Budapest, where American blockbuster productions such as 47 Ronin, Die Hard 5 etc. were shot.
