Caroline Hurmson has more than two decades of international experience in acquisitions, sales, production and development, across all genres from scripted to factual to formats. She has worked for companies including RTL Group Germany, Endemol, Fremantle, TwoFour Group, Cineflix Rights, BBC Studios and CBS Studios.
Coming from a publishing background, Hurmson worked in production for many years, and as Commissioning Editor in Germany, where she was responsible for the success of formats including Come Dine With Me.
In her current position as Head of Sales, Co-production and Content Strategy, Hurmson has overseen and implemented the establishment of Antenna Studios as an international distribution and production company.
