As Head of Brand Partnerships for Northern EMEA, Pascal Dalton is responsible for managing and overseeing sales for all of ITV Studios’ market-leading formats in the region—including The Voice, I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!, The Chase and Love Island—collaborating with ITV Studios’ production companies and working with third-party licensees.

Experienced in working internationally with broadcasters, streamers, production companies and media agencies, Pascal has amassed a wealth of experience across both mature and emerging markets.

Pascal joined ITV Studios in 2017 as VP of Global Formats Sales, with responsibility for the company’s global non-scripted and scripted formats strategy, before moving into an SVP of Licensing role that saw him managing relationships with internal and external partners.

Prior to joining ITV Studios, Pascal was a Regional Sales Director for CEE at Endemol Shine Group, overseeing the licensing of scripted/non-scripted formats and ancillary rights for titles such as Penoza, MasterChef, Deal or No Deal, Big Brother and The Wall, as well as the rollout of hit format Your Face Sounds Familiar. He was also instrumental in setting up a highly successful production hub for The Wall with Endemol Shine Poland.
