Speaker Yana Honcharenko
Yana has been part of the Starlight Media team for 8 years. Until 2020, she led the company’s communications, and later became responsible for developing and implementing its sustainability, diversity, and inclusion strategy. Since April 2022, she has held the role of Chief Communications and Sustainability Officer. She also oversees the company’s international partnerships in the field of human rights advocacy and protection.
Yana developed a corporate strategy to support veterans of the Russian-Ukrainian war, which is now being implemented not only within Starlight Media but also across many Ukrainian companies.
