Speaker Malwina Kawecka
Malwina Kawecka has over 12 years of experience in the media industry, working across VoD programming, content management, and licensing. She started her career at TVN S.A., where she supervised TV and online advertising operations and contributed to launching the player.pl VoD service. Later, she worked on VoD scheduling and content acquisition at Scripps Networks Interactive and TVN Discovery Polska.
Since 2022, Malwina has been with Telewizja Polska, first as Manager of Programming and Acquisition in VOD department, and currently as Head of Acquisition, responsible for all licensing acquisitions.
