An accomplished producer, who has been working in the CEE TV industry for over 20 years. She started out her career in production on projects commissioned by the Polish Public Broadcaster TVP. In 2003 she joined the music channel VIVA, and she went on to become an editor in chief of the station in 2006 and Head of Content at MTV Networks in 2007. She joined A+E Networks in 2014, where she implemented strategies for local productions. Her production accolades include major musical TV events such VIVA COMET Awards (2007-2012), MTV Unplugged Kult as well as local productions based on originally developed formats for A+E: Once Upon A Crime, Polish Killer Women and The Hunt For Baltic Gold, Romanian Enigmas with Marcel Iures.
